About RTC
The Regional Training Centre for Natural Resources Management is a joint venture between Vietnam Academy for Water Resources and the Institute for Technology and Resources Management in the Tropics and Subtropics (ITT) at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences (CUAS).
Physically based in Hanoi, Vietnam, the Regional Training Centre for Natural Resources Management relies upon a large pool of international experts to offer services in education and research on a wide range of topics related to water management, rural development and irrigation, disaster risk management in SEA and other issues related to environmental management.
Postgraduate training courses are offered for professionals as public institution and private sector officials as well as for postgraduate students and take place at the Vietnam Academy for Water Resources in Hanoi or at one of the partner institutions in SEA. The duration of the courses varies from a few days to a couple of weeks. Training will be complemented by modern learning tools like E-Learning modules and web based data and information centers.
Course languages are English and Vietnamese, Cambodian and Lao.
